Ingredients

6 hard-boiled eggs

¼ cup mayonnaise

1/8 cup Dijon mustard

1/8 teaspoon salt

Paprika, for garnish

 

 

Directions

  1. Cut eggs lengthwise in half and remove yolks. Set yolks aside in large bowl.
  2. Add mayo, mustard, and salt to egg yolks. Mix until creamy.
  3. Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves.
  4. Sprinkle eggs with paprika.
