Deviled eggs are one of the cheapest tailgating snacks you can make.
Ingredients
6 hard-boiled eggs
¼ cup mayonnaise
1/8 cup Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
Paprika, for garnish
Directions
- Cut eggs lengthwise in half and remove yolks. Set yolks aside in large bowl.
- Add mayo, mustard, and salt to egg yolks. Mix until creamy.
- Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves.
- Sprinkle eggs with paprika.
