How to Make Nashville Hot Chicken Dip
Nashville Hot Chicken Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 (10-ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained—or leftover chicken from last night’s meal!
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 – 1 cup panko breadcrumbs, depending on size of dish
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- Sliced dill pickles
Directions
- Add softened cream cheese and sour cream to mixing bowl and combine using a hand mixer.
- Mix in hot sauce and fold in the chicken and mozzarella cheese. Pour mixture into pan.
- Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and spoon mixture over pan.
- Bake at 350˚ F for 30 minutes, or until bubbling.
- Broil on low for 1-2 minutes to brown the breadcrumbs evenly.
- Top with sliced pickles and sprinkle with paprika.
- Serve with hot sauce and your favorite chips or crackers.
