Homemade Mini Pizza Bagels

There’s a reason pizza bagels are one of the most beloved afterschool snacks: they’re delicious! But if there’s one thing that could make one of our favorite mini pizza treats even better, it’s ditching the freezer aisle and making them at home. It only takes a few minutes to make your own homemade mini pizza bagels and, after you try them, you’ll never want to bite into a soggy, freezer burned, or undercooked pizza bagel from a box again. How to Make: Mini Pizza Bagels

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of small bagels
  • 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package pepperonis

Directions:

  1. Take the bagels out of the bag and cut each in half.
  2. Use a spoon to dollop spaghetti sauce on top of each half.
  3. Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella on top of the sauce.
  4. Place the pepperonis on top.
  5. Microwave 60 seconds for each bagel.
