How to Make Nashville Hot Chicken Dip

Nashville Hot Chicken Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 (10-ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained—or leftover chicken from last night’s meal!
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 – 1 cup panko breadcrumbs, depending on size of dish
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Sliced dill pickles

Directions

  1. Add softened cream cheese and sour cream to mixing bowl and combine using a hand mixer.
  2. Mix in hot sauce and fold in the chicken and mozzarella cheese. Pour mixture into pan.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and spoon mixture over pan.
  4. Bake at 350˚ F for 30 minutes, or until bubbling.
  5. Broil on low for 1-2 minutes to brown the breadcrumbs evenly.
  6. Top with sliced pickles and sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Serve with hot sauce and your favorite chips or crackers.
